What have other communities done?
The explosion in internet rentals has created a backlash. Some municipalities and HOA communities ban them outright; others make them less lucrative by establishing minimum rental periods of 15 or 30 days. There are also requirements that the owner be present in the house, or limits on the number of rental days. Here are some links:
